We had a one night stay over between leaving a cruise ship and flying back to uk. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived far too early for check in as we had to disembark our ship earlier than we thought along with other passengers from the same ship. They allowed us to wait in reception and allowed us to occupy our rooms as soon as they had been cleaned. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped. The courtesy airport transfer was very welcome even though it's only a 10min walk to the terminal.

We stayed here because it is close to the airport and has a free airport shuttle. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

A surprisingly well-appointed Courtyard that has everything I needed as a business traveler moving through Hamburg airport. Even though it is very close to airport and its traffic, the interior is quiet. The bar/breakfast space is very nice and well run. The room was of a high modern standard. There is a parking garage for those arriving by car, and a free shuttle to/from the airport, which takes only 5 minutes. If one has light baggage, walking from the airport is entirely possible -- I saw several regulars doing this.

We appreciated the no fee shuttle from and to airport. The rooms are nice, clean, functional and had a complimentary bottle of mineral water. The shower room was elegant and had a great, strong shower. We didn’t have the breakfast, it seemed very expensive but dinner In the evening was satisfactory. We expected and know from experience that any prices for any meals at airport hotels are always inflated.

small, easy to get around inside, close to airport and U-Bahn, free shuttle service to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern,

Perfect stop when you have to catch a plane in the morning. The very best thing is their airport shuttle every half hour and that they pick you up on request. So you sleep not too close to the runway and ugly airport, but look onto trees and can open the window to let summerair in. The location is perfect.

This is more like a regular fancy hotel. The room was clean. The bathroom is modern. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. There were three pillows, but four would have been better. The restaurant and bar were unexpectedly upscale. I enjoyed it very much. The free airport shuttle was very good. It took only 2 min to reach terminal 1.

Very nice restaurant, great breakfast, superbly clean, fantastic sound isolation given its proximity to Hamburg airport (planes literally fly over minute before touching the runway). Rooms very spotless and even tough one was too cold, we were given another one shortly. Restaurant staff was very pleasant and welcoming, both for dinner and breakfast.

The bar area and that the staff could speak many languages. The breakfast was also good.

Fantastic location, close to the airport but also on a bus route. Excellent bar and restaurant, with some superb food to try out. The bedroom was amazing too, with an incredible shower and unbelievable soundproofing - as I did not hear a single plane during my stay!
